Homefront is an action-shooting game by THQ. Game features a first person shooting perspective gameplay. Game is set in 2027 where Korean occupation begins. Robert Jacobs, a former U.S marine corps combat helicopter pilot who has been awaken in his apartment and ordered to reach a training camp in Alaska. On his way, Korean troops have taken control of the town and of the residents. The bus caring jacob is ambushed by american fighters connor and rianna who take him to oasis. They plan to steal fuel for the military. In past few years, North and south Korea have become united making Greater Korean Republic(GKR). War between Iran and Saudi Arabia who have become nuclear weapon holders is on peak. This has led fuel price to rise to the sky. Connor, rianna and jacob plan to steal many beacons from school and put them in a truck so that they can be tracked and hijacked. Arnie an inside man who help them to complete the mission but betrays them in order to save his children. Game has a mission system in which player must complete a set of objectives in order to complete that mission. Game also has a multiplayer mode player can play with other players in cooperative missions. Player can purchase new weapons, missiles and other equipments. New modes has been added to multiplayer mode. Graphics and visuals has been set to ultra level.
