Combat Mission is a collection of war-strategy game series by Battlefront. The game has evolved through ages and in the end, the game has became one of the successful games with many new tactics and strategies. Combat Mission game series actually includes mission based story where in every mission, player must complete a set of objectives to proceed in the game. Game features a real time and three dimensional battle environment. There are many tactics engine used in these games and many of them are fully updated. New weapons have been added to each game differently. Many vehicles have also been added to game. Game also features a multiplayer mode where players around the world could challenge each other in online matches and the best in all rounds win the game. Story of the game has been completely different from each game and each game has a more enhanced graphics engine. There are two types of scenarios in the game series, Battles and Operations. In battle scenario, you must protect or guard or prevent the enemies from entering a certain area and player must defend the turf. In operations scenario, player must complete an operation in a given time. Game includes a weather system with which the game's weather changes frequently like for example, from foggy to clear or to windy or sunny. Sound and music engine of the game have been updated with more real effects. Graphics and physics engine of the game is more versatile and vast.
